And don’t forget to take your breaks in between, with homemade caffeine drinks and some extra snacks over phone calls! 

3) Be more loving

Though the boring hours drag on and you want don’t feel any iota of happiness, it is important to smile and be more compassionate. Gather your team and express your gratitude to health workers, medical industries, restaurants, grocery stores and many more for their work in these critical times. Your small token of appreciation will lighten their hearts as well as your teams.

5) Live in the Present

With suddenly a lot more time on our hands, we tend to overthink and dwell on the past or future, leaning towards negativity, for who doesn’t like a touch of melancholy in a tale?? But we tend to miss out on the present in the process. Uncertainties won’t change with overthinking, but you and your team can live in the present and create a better atmosphere for everyone.  

6) Stressbusters

Stress is the common companion of all right now, so it is critical to avoid giving in to it. Try team activities that will aid in stress busting. People love familiarity, so continue office routines and give your team a safe blanket of familiarity from stress.

Though the lockdown has pushed us to a small corner, it is essential to stay safe at home right now. Stick together as a team and you can easily overcome this problem as well.
